Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for registering on the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojna (DDJAY) Portal. We are committed to transparency and efficiency in all our transactions, including the registration process for housing plot allotments.

1. Allotment-based Refunds

  • Unsuccessful Allotments: If your registration application is unsuccessful or if a plot allotment cannot be confirmed for any reason, the registration amount paid is 100% refundable with no deduction charges.
  • Timeline: Refunds for unsuccessful applicants will be processed within 60 days of the official allotment date.

2. Cancellation by the Applicant (Allottee)

  • In the event that an applicant requests the cancellation of their registration or allotment, administrative/cancellation charges of 0% to 25% of the registration amount may be applicable, depending on the specific project terms and stage of allotment.
  • Timeline: Cancellation refund requests, once verified and approved, will be processed within 120 days after due diligence and submission of necessary documents.

3. Refund Processing Method

  • All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source (bank account, credit/debit card, or net banking) used at the time of online registration.
  • Applicants must ensure that the bank account and contact details provided during registration are accurate to prevent any payment delay.

5. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising out of the terms and conditions of this refund policy, including validity and interpretation, shall be settled amicably through mutual discussion, failing which they may be referred to the appropriate authority under the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Act (HRERA). The competent courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
